I can’t get my hp office jet pro to print. I received a new motim and i updated my new password. to the printer but still am having trouble printing. What am I doing wrong
I tried the vast majority of the suggestions to bring my HP Officejet Pro 8710 printer back “online”, but to no avail. Then just by pure luck I came across an article that suggested to turn off your Norton and/or Windows Firewall.
I did that and my printer apparently “handshaked” with my laptop and was immediately able to print once again.
But it also suggested to turn the firewalls back on once your printer is back on line. So I did that as well and my printer is back to normal printing again.
Hope this helps someone, since I have been searching on line for an easy solution for several days, no thanks to HP…………..
